Anywhere in the flat or on the balcony. Minimum FJ$500 cleaning fee applies.

No Parties or Events

Mansio Serena is a residential property. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Guest Limits

Visitors welcome, but total people must not exceed the number booked unless pre-approved in writing.

Not Suitable for Children Under 13

Top-floor flat with open balconies — not safe for young children.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbours.

Shoes Off at the Door

Shoe rack is provided at the entrance.

No Pets

We love animals, but pets are not allowed on the property.

Balcony Safety

NEVER sit, stand on, climb, or lean over railings. Use only as hand support. The drop is very high.

Kitchen: Light Cooking Only

Use only the provided electric appliances (air fryer, microwave, sandwich press, etc.). Use plastic/wooden utensils only. Never leave appliances unattended.

Air Conditioning

Turn OFF when leaving for more than 2 hours. Keep doors, windows closed and curtains drawn while AC is on.

Return all keys to the lockbox

Place keys back in the lockbox by the front door and scramble the code.

Lock all doors and windows

Check the front door, back door, and all windows are locked.

Turn off all lights & AC

Switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning in all rooms.

Take out the rubbish

Place rubbish bags in the outdoor bin area beside the gate.

Wash & put away dishes

Please rinse any dishes used and leave the kitchen tidy.

Strip used beds

Remove sheets and pillowcases and leave them at the foot of the bed.

Log out of streaming apps

Sign out of Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Disney+, etc. on the Smart TV.

Check for personal belongings

Do a final walk-through — check drawers, bathroom, and under furniture.
